Sugar Rush outdid themselves! This was our first time ordering a cake for my daughter’s birthday there and the staff was kind and friendly. I shared a photo and they did an amazing job of bringing that to life. The wide variety of flavors to choose from and we ordered piña colada-flavored and vanilla-flavored cake that’s a chef's kiss. Everyone enjoyed it and asked where I got the cake from. My sister said, “ I need this cake for my birthday and from now on we're getting cakes from them.” It was a great experience, and the cake was 10 out of 10. Stopped to check it out. The deserts looked amazing! Such a wide selection of items too. Unfortunately, they do not have any gluten free ready items, The atmosphere was great. It was clean, organized and presentable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

The best customer service. The people were very nice and very kind and very respectful. They just I just went in and they gave me my order for the cake and they do custom designs any kind and the price are very well reasonable so if you guys would like to go please go to the shop here. I’m in Love. The place is very beautiful for dating for a birthday party or anniversary surprise it’s a nice place to hang out for students adult and kids to play there a lot of games so hope you guys enjoy just like I did.

I really liked how welll decorated the place was when I went in I got two cupcakes as well as a personal birthday cake order and their pineapple upside down one was rlly good last time I had something that good was when the evillll Morgan was gna get me heh I got an absurd amount of fondant on mine bc it was first time ordering but even then it was rlly good the chocolate cake wasn’t overly sweet 10/10 definitely gna get my birthday cake from here

Wow, this place is incredible. We only managed to try the crème brûlée sugar cookie, but holy cow. This was next level good!

I absolutely love this little gem of a bakery! Everything is always baked super fresh to order, and they are constantly bringing out fresh treats to refill their cases. The sheer size of their menu with their countless unique cake and cookie flavors is beyond impressive. You absolutely have to try EVERYTHING they have that's Dubai chocolate, the brownie, the cupcake, the mash up cookie, you can't go wrong. And the new ube coconut cupcake is astounding!!!

For the past 16 years I’ve always ordered my cakes from Reese’s Bakery, mainly because I’m someone who tends to stick with what I know. However, due to their limited customization options, I recently decided to try Sugar Rush—and I’m so glad I did. First impressions matter a lot to me. From the moment I submitted an online inquiry for a custom cake, the experience was impressive. Within less than 24 hours, I received a phone call from Frank. He was extremely professional, confident, and genuinely excited about creating the best cake possible. He even said he was confident I’d want to order from them again—and honestly, he was right. The ordering and payment process was very simple and smooth, with no technical issues at all. The day of my son’s party was chaotic, but the team went above and beyond. Even though they close at 6 PM, they worked with me and stayed later so I could pick up the cake, which I truly appreciated. As you can see from the photo I uploaded, the cake completely exceeded my expectations. The inside was a marble rainbow—honestly any toddler’s dream. It was colorful and beautiful, yet the flavor tasted pure and natural. It wasn’t overly sweet, it was incredibly moist, and truly decadent. Despite all the color, it didn’t taste artificial or leave that overly sugary feeling afterward. I can confidently say I’ll be a lifelong customer here. Highly recommend!

Awesome place and nice friendly staff

This was my first experience with Sugar Rush and they did such an amazing job. We needed a custom cake, assortment of cupcakes, and tiger tail pretzels sticks for my son's 2nd birthday and Frank helped me with the design, flavors, and pricing. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful and seamless experience and our guests were absolutely impressed with the quality. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. The store is always clean and every time I went into the store I was greeted with a smiling face by one of their wonderful employees. Thank you so much Sugar Rush!

Whew! Sugar Rush is the perfect name for this amazing bakery. I was sitting at home and I had a craving for cupcakes, but I didn’t want to go to Kroger or Giant Eagle. I ended up looking up on the app to see what else was around and Sugar Rush popped up. The selection of treats were beautiful and there were so many options. I didn’t know where to start, so I got a few different things! Everything was delicious starting with the cupcakes - sweet, fresh and covered in icing, which is my favorite part. I also tried the Buckeye Bar which is a fudge and that was absolutely delicious. I had to hide it from myself to not eat it all in one setting. The quality, the taste and craftmanshop put into each one was well worth the try!

My Sisters and I ordered a custom cake for our Mom’s 85th Birthday celebration. Frank and team captured our vision beautifully. The cake looked amazing and was deliciously tasting. We are definitely ordering future delectables.
